You can get as gourmet as you’d like or keep it simple. Up to you! The recipes included in the Challenge are just for inspiration. RASA Challenge-friendly meals can also be found at your local cafes, juice bars and supermarkets (hello Whole Foods!).
HOW DOES IT WORK?
An Elimination Diet omits foods that people are most commonly sensitive to (gluten, diary, sugar, shellfish, alcohol, caffeine, etc..). Many of us are plagued with food intolerances that we are not even aware of. Unlike allergies, which are an immune reaction, intolerances are a digestive issue and symptoms have various levels of intensity and are often delayed—fatigue, bloating, inflammation, brain fog, skin issues, snoring...sound familiar?.
While on the program, you will receive daily emails covering a variety of wellness topics and tips, along with delicious RASA-approved recipes—think kale stem pesto fusilli, poached salmon with greens, and gingersnap cookies.
