This orange miso marinade makes my Sunday dinner feel fancy, and I am here for it! I’m always trying to figure out how to add more flavor to simple week night meals. Apeel oranges stay fresher longer, so you’ll always have the ingredients you need on hand to whip this up.

  1. Whisk together the ingredients to make the marinage: miso, orange juice, coconut aminos, avocado oil, jalapeño and garlic.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade and pour the rest over the salmon. Allow the salmon to marinate for 30 minutes (not too long, or the citrus might cook the salmon).
  3. Preheat the oven to 350.
  4. Bake the salmon for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Serve with brown rice and green beans, drizzle the remaining sauce on top and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
