RASA offers personalized nutrition and encourages healthy lifestyle habits through holistic wellness coaching, delicious recipes and meal plans.  Inspired by the Sanskrit word for taste, RASA reminds us that our bodies should enjoy the food we eat as much as our taste buds.

Rooted in the belief that nutrition is not one-size-fits-all, every program and recipe is created with the goal of helping people find foods that support their unique biology, lifestyle and preferences.

What you put in your body has a profound impact on
your life, which goes far beyond your love handles − from your mood to relationships, career, and so much more,
a nutrient-rich diet will help you connect with your body and live a happier, fuller, more productive life: this is
The RASA Life!

MEET MIA

Nutrition and cooking have been lifelong passions for Mia. Originally from California, her obsession with food led her to New York City in her early 20s and a budding career in the culinary world. But a decade of restaurant work, from the kitchen to the PR desk, left Mia struggling to feel good amidst a seemingly endless schedule of dinners and late nights out.

In 2014, Mia returned to her love of nutrition and built RASA on the principle that good food should be good for you. Through her work, she aims to help people understand their bodies, demystify wellness trends and learn to love nutrient-dense foods, so they never need to diet again.

Mia is a licensed Holistic Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and holds diplomas in Classic Culinary Arts from The French Culinary Institute, and English Literature from UC Santa Barbara. She is currently finishing a masters in Clinical Nutrition from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
