Let’s take a good look at your lifestyle, diet and wellness routines to uncover simple yet effective changes that can make a big difference in helping you improve your health.

Your nutrition assessment includes:

  • 50-minute coaching session with Mia

  • Custom meal plan with realistic ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and tips for dining out

  • Recipes, recommendations and tips based on your goals and lifestyle

Prior to attending your session, it’s recommend to send a three day food diary, so we can dive right into to the intricacies of your eating patterns and wellness routines. A food diary template and instructions will be sent upon sign up.

Sessions can be done in person in New York, or over FaceTime or Skype worldwide.
