Your nutrition assessment includes a 50-minute discussion with Mia, plus a recap with recipes, recommendations and tips based on your goals. Prior to booking your session, it’s recommend to send a one week food diary, so we can dive right into to the intricacies of your eating patterns and wellness routines.
Sessions can be done in person in New York, or over FaceTime or Skype worldwide.
